Couldn’t Wait!
Just heard some lyrics this week from a song by Casting Crowns. It is from the album Lifesong. The title of the song is IN ME
“How refreshing to know You(God) don’t need me, how amazing to find that you want me!” WOW
Also, the lyrics of the bridge have become my prayer:

Who is Jesus?
Isn’t this the ultimate of questions? If God’s purpose in my life after salvation is to “conform me into the image of Jesus”, then doesn’t that beg the topic question? if I am to look like him, act like him, be like him, it stands to reason to get to know who he is?

New vs. Old
What I started seeing right out of the Gate was that there was a conflict going on inside of me. I started seeing a split personality inside myself. One side is what Paul calls the “Old Man”, the other is known as the “New Man”. I began this journey looking for what set the Disciple [...]

Catching up!
I guess you might say I have a little catching up to do. I started writing in a notebook several weeks ago, then Craig Kendall set this up so I could “journal with accountability” as he said. Thought I would start with where I started:
When I started, I had a purpose of reading through the [...]
